Please complete this form if you wish to run for a position on the SNAP Board of Directors or the SNAP Nominations and Elections Committee (NEC). Your Consent To Serve (CTS) must include a copy of your NSNA/SNAP membership card, faculty verification and a color headshot.
DEADLINE TO PRE-SLATE FOR CONVENTION 2026 is OCTOBER 28, 2026.

YOU MUST BE A SNAP MEMBER, REGISTERED FOR CONVENTION, AND MUST ALSO ATTEND THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES MEETING ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19, AND FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20. PROOF OF SNAP/NSNA MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED.

CONSENT AGREEMENT: If elected to the office for which I am consenting to serve, I hereby pledge my loyalty and support in the execution of the responsibilities that accompany that office. I am fully aware of the nature of this position. In the event I am unable to carry out my responsibilities, I agree to resign the office, as decided by the SNAP Board of Directors. I also understand that I MUST attend the Post-Convention Board meeting, the January Board meeting (excluding NEC) and the Pre-Convention Board meeting the following year if I am elected to this position. I will make every attempt to attend all scheduled meetings.

You must also submit a "Letter of Nursing School Enrollment" from the dean, director or faculty advisor at your school on school letterhead . This letter must include your name, your school's name, verification of enrollment in the Fall Semester of the current year and number of credits for that semester, enrollment for the Spring semester of the following year and number of credits expected and enrollment if the following Fall semester/number of credits. It also needs to include your expected date of graduation and any additional comments they wish to share about you.
