- Custom orders generally take 5–7 business days from order confirmation. Additional time may be needed depending on order size, stock availability, or customisation.
- Design approval and custom order terms: An initial mock-up photo will be sent for review. Reasonable changes can be requested, spelling must be checked carefully, and the final design must be approved before production proceeds. Cancellation is allowed before making or personalisation starts. Once personalised or custom work has begun, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not available. Faults or items that do not match the approved design will be resolved appropriately. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
