***DAMAGE POLICY****
Pictures of the shoe WILL be taken at pickup and before cleaning process to record and track the condition of the shoe. Pictures of the shoe WILL also be taken After completion of the detail for proof of service and quality assurance. 

*A damage report is included in each customers order at the time of dropoff 

**Partial Refunds will NOT be issued due to visible damage that was on the shoe at the time pickup & Before the cleaning process. 

For your records, we encourage our clients to take pictures and document any cuts, scrapes, blemishes,, fade (etc) before pickup time.PLEASE READ

*** Payment policy ***
shoes are held for a minimum of 7-14 days. If ANY additional damage is found on the pair (shoe) that was not recorded at the time of pickup the client will receive a partial refund(Before & After pictures will be referenced). Any service specifically requested to be completed within 5 business days is considered a RUSH ORDER and includes a additional service fee of $5 due at drop-off.PLEASE READ
