Fix the Future Clinic Inquiry Form

    Male Cats Only
  • Thank you for your interest in SNVC's Fix the Future Clinic brought to you by the Bissell Pet Foundation. Both owned/pet cats and feral cats are both able to attend. Filling out this application simply means that you are INTERESTED in attending the clinic. It does not guarantee a spot in the clinic.

The cost of surgery is $25 per cat and includes surgery, an injection of post-op pain medication, an e collar for female owned/pet cats, a rabies vaccine and an FVRCP vaccine. You are welcome to purchase additional services (microchip, flea prevention, etc). All pet/owned cats must come in individual, secure carriers. All feral cats must come in a humane/wire trap. Once we select cats for the Fix the Future Clinic, you will receive a confirmation email and a $25 payment request.

The $25 payment is NON REFUNDABLE for any reason. This means that if you cannot catch your cat, no show for the appointment or request to reschedule for any reason, you will not receive a refund. If you are a no-call, no-show, you will also not be eligible for any future Fix the Future Clinics or any other discounted surgery dates. This is for new surgical appointments only, not for those who already have an existing appointment with Spay Neuter Veterinary Clinic of the Sandhills.

  • This sign up form is for those interested in our upcoming surgery dates listed below.  Please select all dates you would like to be considered for.  NOTE THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS FOR EACH DATE, SO PLEASE BE ABLE TO GO TO THE LOCATIONS SELECTED.

This clinic sign up form is for MALE CATS ONLY and surgery will be performed on our mobile surgery unit.

  • Thank you for requesting a Wellness Blood and Fecal Panel. You will be scheduled for a wellness visit prior to the day you are scheduled for surgery to allow us to submit the bloodwork and have results back before surgery. Please watch your email in the next 3-5 days for two emails, one with the date of your wellness visit and one with the date of your surgery. If either date does not work please contact us at info@spayneutervet.org to reschedule.

  • We currently have a grant from PetCo Love that covers the cost of the distemper/Parvo vaccine for dogs (DHPP) and cats (FVRCP) who are privately owned.  While the grant is in effect, if you select the DHPP or FVRCP above there will be no charge for the vaccine.

We do not have a set expiration date for the grant, so while it is likely that the grant will still be going on, it is possible that the grant will no longer be in effect depending on how far out the surgical appointment is scheduled. In that case we would send a payment request for the vaccine and you could chose if you want to receive it or not.

If you would like to take advantage of the grant, select those services above and fill out the Survey below.  For the Group adminstering the vaccine, select Spay Neuter Initiative Program, our non-profit who graciously secured this grant for our patients.

To ensure that we meet the minimun requirements, we will contact you via email if you are selected to attend the clinic and what date you are selected for. If you do not confirm your appointment within 72 hours and pay the $25 fee per cat, we will cancel your appointment and move to someone on the waitlist.

The $25 fee is non-refundable and appointments cannot be rescheduled. If you still want your pet altered, you would need to make a new appointment on our website, spayneutervet.org, and pay the normal surgery price. If you need financial assistance to get your pet altered, please visit snipnc.org. Also be sure to keep an eye on our social media pages and website for annoucements about future free surgery dates.
