Thank you for your submission. Remember you are self-employed and not in anyway a staff member of the Vendor Exhibitors Mall. You are responsible for your own record keeping and taxes.
We appreciate your support and can't wait to see you be our pop-up vendor. We ask that you choose below what day of the week you would like to come share your amazing food with the world. We also asked that you be prepared when arriving to set up.
Each pop-up vendor will have to market that they are coming. We will market as well but you have to let people know that you will be coming to the mall. If you design a flier please make sure we have a copy of same. Remember the address is 19422 Nottingham Road, Cleveland Ohio 44110. There are no upfront fees. Fees are based on every one-hundred dollars ($100) you make you give the mall $10. Example if you make $100 you owe the mall $10 if you make $90 the fee is still $10 its all based on $100. We will not keep track. We trust you to keep track and pay at session closing. Just place in an envelope and turn into assigned manager. Make sure they give you a receipt.
By submitting you agree to maintain excellent customer service. Serve quality food and only invite participants that you know won't create a disburstance. Our goal is to hold the highest of standard of an amazing customer experience. We know you want the same. Inform your audience that parking is also on Redwood Avenue. There is no charge for parking and they can park on the street or the two lots in the rear. Feel free to phone 216-999-7779 anytime with questions or concerns.
I have read the agreement and agree to abide by all standards. I further agree to dismiss the mall from any harm or liability. I will market my day at the mall and place locations as well as name on all my fliers for market.
