FEATURED AREA WIDGET

Choose UP to 9 Featured Areas.  

These will be displayed on your Featured Areas on your Home Page  

FEATURED AREAS: You can add cities, counties, or Lifestyle options, or property types (They display in rows of 3 so we recommend listing 6 or 9)

(Lifestyle Options Include: Newly Built, pool, water front, Horse Property, Golf Course, 55+, Views) - PLEASE only choose these available options and let us know which County to choose in the search.  

(Please use Cities or Counties Only - NOT School Disctricts, they do not seem to work correctly in the Featured Area Blocks)

We will add in the order you add them in the list below.  

SERVICE AREAS: These will be listed at the bottom of your home page as well as in your Navigation Dropdown from the pages we create.  Please use Cities Only.

NOTE: If you serve multiple States, please add state next to each area.

If you are chosing the Lifestyle Options, you will need to let us know what County(ies) we need to do the search in!

ex: Pool Homes in Brevard Co.

SERVICE AREAS: These will be listed at the bottom of your home page as well as in your Navigation Dropdown from pages we create.  We will use for your Dropdown & Squeeze pages. Please use Cities Only for these.

SQUEEZE PAGES - IF YOU CHANGE YOUR DOMAIN AFTER WE CREATE THESE, THE LINKS WILL NOT WORK. If you are considering fully connecting a domain, please let us know in the notes below so we can wait until after the domain is connected before creating these.  

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: Upload your own hi resolution headers / logos / area photos here. Photos should be horizontal, we can not really use veritcal photos in your website.  

You have permission to use any photos or content you send us for your website. NEVER download images or copy content from the web.

You can also use this area to upload your Buyer/Seller/Staging Guide pdf if you have your own.  Make sure to upload files or make a note here that you will be emailing them to be.  They must be under 10MB.  Landing pages can NOT be edited so please let us know prior to us starting your website or we will need to charge a re work fee of $50 for recreating any landing pages (they are not fun to build but ohhh so great to build yur pipeline while you sleep).

Please name photos for where you want them added or send us a separate email. (We are most likely not familiar with your area and not yet mind readers so naming the photos helps make for a smooth process ) ;-) 

You will get 2 revisions. We ask that you compile a list of changes for each revision. After we make the changes requested, that is considered a revision.  Please make sure you have read our website FAQ's, this will cover our top questions on our services. Any graphics you send for use on website are owned by you and you have the rights to use. Any updates by kvCORE does after completion that requires site modifications are subject to a re-work charge. We are not affiliated nor employed with RE/MAX, Inside Real Estate nor kvCORE, and we are here to help with the design aspect of your website but are NOT Product Support. We have permission to use your website as an example and part of our portfolio. We will send an invoice once we have completed your site, payment is due upon receipt and before any revisions will be done.
