  • Please read over our terms and conditions agreement -

    Non refundable deposit - To secure your booking date we require a $100 non refundable deposit. This is not an extra cost but a part payment of the total price invoiced or quoted.

    Cancellation - If your booking is cancelled from the time you book up to two weeks before your party/event date you will only recieve 50% of your total amount paid. If you cancel after this time frame you will not recieve any refund. 

    Weather Conditions - We do not refund due to bad weather (i.e rain) Please make sure you have a backup indoor venue. If you do not have a backup venue we can organise to move your booking to an agreed available date. 

    Refunds - Please allow up to two weeks timeframe for any refund to be paid out. 

    Time payment and installments - Total payment must be received and paid in full two weeks prior to your party date.

    Delivery Fee - This is an extra cost and will be added to your party hire invoice/quote. We service from Whangarei to the top of the North Island and surrounding areas. 

    - Local Areas between Kaeo and Taipa $80
    - Kerikeri - Kaitaia $120
    - Whangarei - Top of North Island $160

    Delivery price includes dropoff and pickup to your venue or home - Please allow up to 1hr for setup and packdown. You must have a clear way to and from your setup area. We will try as best we can to meet all setup and packdown time frames however with circumstances out of our control please understand that we may not be able to make it on time. We will let you know as we are en-route if this happens. 

    During setup and packdown - Please make sure if there are children on-site that they are not in the area where we are setting up and packing down as they do tend to play on the gear and becomes a hazard. We like to get in and out quickly so we can get to the next setup. 

    If your setup is outdoors the area must be flat and free from anything that could damage or stain our equipment. Rubbish and floor space must be clean before our equipment is setup. i.e no mud or stones please be mindful of this if you would like us to setup in paddocks etc - If we arrive and see there is no clean area for our gear to be setup we can cancel your booking and you will not recieve any refund.

    Equipment - Please do not move our equipment once it has been setup unless you have made contact with us to do so. 

    Customs & Themed parties- Please note we do not refund for any custom orders or themed parties as these items are all personalized and tailored to suit your event.

    Damages and replacement of equipment - (Please note we do not stay on-site) Children must be supervised at all times. It is up to the hirer to make sure children are supervised and our equipment is looked after whilst in your care. You the hirer are liable for all damages, repairs or total replacement costs. If the equipment is damaged or needing to be replaced you will be invoiced and the total amount is due within 2 weeks after your party/event date. 

    NO FOOD OR DRINK ON OUR GEAR - If there is any found on our gear during packdown you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250 which must be paid in full no later then 1 week after your hire. 

    NO items that could stain or damage our gear such as paint, glitter, marker, sand, mud or dirt. If found on our gear you will be quoted for repairs or total replacement which is to be paid no later then 2 weeks after your party hire.

  • RULES FOR PLAY - Party Hire

  • Please adhere to our RULES for our gear. This will ensure we can provide clean, safe, quality gear for Tamariki to enjoy. 

    We do not stay on-site 

    🚫Children Must be 5 & Under to play on the softplay. Weight limit is 300kg per castle.

    🚫 NO FOOD or DRINK - we find alot at the bottom of the ball pit. Candy etc gets stuck to our mats and damages & Stains our gear. If found on our equipment you will be charged $250 cleaning fee which is due within 7 days after your hire.

    🚫NO Standing or sitting on the sides (walls) of the ballpit or castles.

    🚫NO sharp objects.

    🚫Balls Must stay in the ball pit. You will be charged $200 for excessive broken or squashed balls (30+), or any food or drink found in the ballpit when we arrive to packdown. payment is due within 7 days after your hire.

    🚫 NO Glitter, paint, confetti, pen, markers of any sort that will mark or leave marks on the gear. You will be charged $250 minimum cleaning fee which is due within 7 days after your hire.

    🚫 NO Shoes. Socks must be worn on the gear to play at all times. Please let your guests know this beforehand. 

    🚫 Clean hands 🙏 Stops transfer of whatever the kids have been playing with to our gear.

    🚫Parental guidance & supervision is an absolute MUST!
    Please note there is a cleaning fee charged for excessive mess, dirty mats & grubby gear. Minimum of $250. Will be more if it is needing deep clean - which will be invoiced to you and is due within 7 days after your hire.

    Please have a clear way area to and from the gear for setup & packdown.

    By booking with us you are responsible for the equipment while in your care during the hire process. You are also responsible for damages or total replacement of the equipment. You will be invoiced for this and the total balance is due within 2 weeks after your hire. 


    WINTER PERIOD - All bookings must be indoors. No Exceptions. Marquee must have concrete or DRY ground area.


    Please note we do not refund due to weather so please have a backup indoor venue.


    Please stick to these rules so we are able to provide safe, clean equipment.
