Please deliver your pie or dessert to the Soldotna Field House either on Friday, October 24th from 12-8pm OR on Saturday, October 25th, from 12-1:30pm. If you do not pre-register your dessert and it shows up the weekend of the auction, we can not guarantee that the dessert will be auctioned in the live auction. Deadline for dessert commitment is Friday, October 17th.
All the beautiful dessert donations will be showcased at the event featuring your business logo. The attendees of the Pie Auction will vote for the "People's Choice" based on the visual design of the dessert. The baker of the winning dessert will win two tickets to the 2026 Pie Auction!
If you are unable to bring your dessert during the provided time frame, please contact the Soldotna Chamber in advance at 907-262-9814 to make arrangements.
If a dessert arrives to the Field House outside of the time windows without specific arrangements made with the Soldotna Chamber, that dessert will not qualify for "People's Choice," and we cannot guarantee that it will be used during the live auction. Only one dessert per business is guaranteed to be used during the live auction.
Please note that the desserts will be carried around the dining room during the live auction. If your dessert is too large to be carried, please let us know, and we can arrange for a small cart to be used.
