2025 PIE AUCTION: DONATION FORM

The Soldotna Chamber is ready to celebrate THIRTY-ONE YEARS of hosting our annual Pie Auction fundraiser on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, with our theme, "A Rose Finish, Bidding on the Future!" This event is always a mix of fun and purpose with a live auction and a variety of raffles & games. While the bidding and desserts keep things lively, the heart of the evening is about giving back. Proceeds from the Pie Auction directly fund scholarships for local students, support the chamber’s mission to strengthen Soldotna, and enable the community events that bring people together here on the Kenai Peninsula.

We are requesting donations from local businesses to include in the auction and raffles. Guests are always interested in bidding for vacations, behind-the-scenes experiences, and tickets to local events. Our guests also love to bid on local eats, fishing trips, unique Alaskan items, and hotel stays, as well as other items that are unique to our area.

Thank you for everything you do for Alaska and for helping communities like ours continue to thrive. Each donor will be acknowledged with the donated item on auction night, as well as in the Chamber’s weekly e-newsletter, on the Chamber’s social media pages, and printed in local publications. Donations will also be printed in the auction’s program. This event is a wonderful opportunity for you to give back and get recognition for it!

While we sincerely wish to guarantee the inclusion of all donated items at the event, please note that, due to space limitations and the need to ensure a diverse and engaging experience for attendees, we may need to prioritize certain items for the event itself.

In such cases, we may allocate additional or redundant themed items to our Chamber Luncheon program, where they will serve as door prizes for attendees. Rest assured, all donors will be recognized in the event's program, regardless of whether their items are featured at the main event or the luncheon.
