The Soldotna Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce our new Employee of the Month Recognition Program. This initiative shines a spotlight on outstanding employees in our community who go above and beyond! Nominate an outstanding employee or coworker who has a strong work ethic, a contagious personality, and shows empathy, etc. We want to honor the hardworking individuals who make a difference in our community.

Winners are randomly selected each month. The winner receives a gift (valued at $25), an invite to a Soldotna Chamber Luncheon (lunch is on us), and the employee and business are both promoted on social media.
