What is FITLIFEU?
FitLifeU is an on going program focusing on investing in the personal development of a group of Youth and young people ages 16-25, who are from different backgrounds facing challenges in in finding Their path and future career and life goals . to give them the tools and the platform to learn the basic academic skills particulary :english and microsoft office programms in addition to some of the soft skills to empower their personality, sport trainings particuly Football .
FitLifeU is a comprehensive program development project that promotes personal growth, healthy living, and community engagement
The goal of Fitlifeu is to give them the platform to be a great part of the coomunity.Giving them the chance to participate in different activities matches and competitions
and providing services such as:
1.Psychological sessions
2.Educuational sessions
3. Quality meals
Different Opportunities such as:
1.Job offers
2.Entertainment activities
3.Attending events
4.Training in different fields
5- Nutrition Classes to give them awareness about Healthy life style
Mental and Health Support
Through psychological support through specialists and nutritionists ,It is the goal of the project to develop and enhance their mental and physical Health through activities such as meditation,yoga and sessions about the importance of food and it’s effects on thier daily lives.
WHEN?
The (FLU) is an on going program that last around 6 Months once a weeks and consists of the 10 young leader participants b oth Male and female who will have a chance to learn and developfrom their skills and have all the services FitLifeU provides
FitLifeU(FLU) will be 100% in personIn addition to online sessions
Getting to know you and your colleagues:
The goal of the first stage is for the participants is to have a deeper level of understanding of themselves and in that process to get to know their other colleagues using meditation, yoga and mental health sessions.
Developing soft skills:
Leadership skills and teamwork strategies:
Participants will be assigned different leadership roles and with guidance learn how to work with different members of a team. FitLifeU(FLU) gives the participants different management roles each week to enforce the leadership attributes taught in the sessions. Teamwork is taught using different activities as well as during sessions by splitting the participants into groups and assessing their understanding of the session as well as getting constructive feedback from the participants.
Hard Skills:
This stage is focused on enhancing the knowledge of the basic English Language, Computer skills(Microsoft office, How to use, Personal Portfolio), Research skills for all participants. Participants will learn the importance of money management and budgeting in the real world and their personal lives.
Sports Coaching/Well Being:
To put into practice the theory of sports coaching for football and to highlight the importance of food and the effects on our body FLU brings in nutritionists, coaches and other individuals specialized in the field.
Who are the young leaders?
FLU look for key determined participants who sought to be role models as well as develop their lives and give them the tools and the platform through the program to do so. participants were chosen from Cairo priorities to thoso who are in need from hard circumstances based on their commitment, ambition, , and searching for opportunities. Participants are all from Egypt.Cairo
After each session, participants will complete a questionnaire with the following

"Our Vision and GOAL"
To provide comprehensive support to children and youth from vulnerable backgrounds, enabling them to overcome challenges and live a healthy, fulfilling life in all aspects—physically, educationally, mentally, economically, and socially. This support includes:
1. Enhancing mental health through psychological support programs.
2. Improving physical health through sports, nutrition lectures, and promoting healthy eating habits.
3. Enhancing basic education by developing essential skills needed for the job market, such as English language proficiency and computer literacy.
4. Improving communication and personal skills through vital life skills like etiquette, communication, self-marketing, and community leadership.
5. Creating employment opportunities for exceptional individuals during and after the program, in desired fields of specialization.
6. Providing opportunities to attend various events and recreational activities from time to time.
7. Guiding the target group towards available opportunities and services.
8. Encouraging regular physical exercise.
This vision is realized through a collaboration of volunteers and trainers from various disciplines, civil society organizations, supportive entities, and stakeholders involved in the care and well-being of children and youth who lack parental care or have graduated from care role and belong to marginalized groups."
Achievements of First graduted Group:
About 17 young adults have graduated from FitLifeU in its first season, which yielded the following achievements:
-Participants' computer and Microsoft skills have improved significantly.
-Participants' English skills have improved; they can now construct sentences that are grammatically correct.
-Participants have each led at least four activities where they took charge and
improved their leadership skills.
-Participants' knowledge of nutrition and healthy lifestyle have improved.
-Participants have developed connections and relationships with each other.
-Participants have gained more awareness of their mental health through the
-mediation and yoga sessions and have started to be more mindful of themselves andthe other participants.
-Participants are more eager and comfortable to voice their concerns and feelings and give feedback
Achievements of Second graduted Group:
About 25 young adults have graduated from FitLifeU in its first season, which yielded the following achievements:
-10 of the program's participants joined internships or are now employed.
-4 girls and 2 boys applied to a training at the Dusit Hotel, which will last for 1-3
months and they will earn certificates at the end of the training.
-One of the participants, who is 19 years old, got a job at a frozen desserts factory,
and his compensation included housing.
-One of the participants, who is 15 years old, got a job at a pharmacy as a doctor'
helper.
-One of the participants, who is 21 years old, took dancing classes at WE and at LA7 gym.
-AUC doctors gave lectures about fire safety and communication skills.
-Got positive feedback that our work had been transferred to participants daily lives
from the orphanage's board.
-Entertainment events, such as horseback riding and cinema, were granted to the top performers of each month.
