Vendors Set Up:
4:00pm - 5:00pm Set Up
10:00pm - 11:00pm Clean Up
Each table is 6ft. Table cloth and two chairs are included.
*Early bird* Vendors who sign up before February 7th
will get to chose your table(s). After February 7th tables will be first come,first serve.
Please attach your proof of payment in the (Proof of Payment) section located towards the end of this form to secure your table.
No Refunds: All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. We understand life happens incase of an emergency please reach out @leesripz.collectibles so we can further assist you .
Parking: Free parking for all 40 vendors, make sure to pick up your parking sticker from event manager. $2 parking for all other guest.
Please only park in the hotel parking lot for your safety. Lees Ripz Collector Fest is not responsible for any fines,towing if you park outside of the designated area.
Vendor Responsibility: You are responsible for your assigned table and all merchandise. Lees Ripz is not liable for any loss, stolen or damage property. We will do all we can to provide support if this circumstance was to ocurr.
Prohibited Merchandise: Stolen,counterfeit or unathorized items will result in immediate removal from our event, and permanent ban from future shows.
Code of Conduct: Harrasment, abuse, inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
