Location: Mt. Trashmore (310 Edwin Drive, Virginina Beach, VA)

Date: September 8th, 2024

Time: 12-6pm

The event is free and open to the public

Advertisement: The event will be advertised with commercials, WavyTV on air segment, social media platforms through sponsored ads, radio, Hampton roads event calendars and news media.

Vendor details: 10x10 space. Must bring your own table and chairs and tents.

Unload instructions: Each vendor will receive unloading instructions prior to the event. All vendor are required to be fully set up no later than one hour prior to the event start time. If you are not set up access can be denied without a refund

Vendor Fee

Product: $75 ($100 after 8-25)

Corporate product: $225

Dessert/juice: $175

Food table: $250

Food Trucks: $300

Sponsorship packages $1,000-$3,000

This event is Rain or Shine.

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with instructions to send the payment via PayPal, invoice, zelle or venmo ($5.00 fee) . There is an additional $7.00 fee for paypal payments.

This event is non refundable, unless cancelled by SoulFULL Vegan VA.
