"Get Back on Track" Vegan Health and Wellness Expo

Dear Vendor,

Thank you for your interest in the: "Get Back on Track" Mid-year Vegan HEALTH and WELLNESS EXPO,

Our Mission: To help the commuity refocus and achieve their health and wellness goals.

Our first Health Expo in January was a huge success, and back by popular demand we decided to host a mid year Vegan Health and Wellness Expo.

Location: Norfolk, Virginia at the Norfolk Scope (201 E Brambleton Ave)

Ex. Halls C and D

Date: June 29, 2024

Time: 11-6 pm

Vendor unloading: Vendors will be required to unload the day before the event on June 28th, 2024. (additional instructions will be provided). Each vendor is required to be fully set up no later than 10 am, access can be denied without a refund for any vendor not set up on time.

Pricing:
Food Vendors:
(no frying allowed in the building (air fyers are permissable).

Menu must be approved prior to acceptance):
● 10x10 Booth: $250

Dessert, Juice, Service Product Vendors:
● 10x10 Booth : $200
● End cap booth: $250

Advertisement: The event will be advertised with WavyTV on air segments, social media platforms through sponsored ads, radio, Hampton roads event calendars and news media.

Sponsorship packages $1,000-$3,000

If you are interested in participating, please complete the application.

This event is indoors and Rain or Shine.

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with instructions to send the payment via PayPal, invoice, zelle, venmo or cash app. There is an additional $7.00 fee for paypal payments.

This event is non refundable, unless cancelled by SoulFULL Vegan VA.
