Application Procedure: Steps to be followed to apply online booking

 

Step 1 :

First enter the customer information correctly (name, mobile number & email) and click on the Next button.

Step 2 :

After that select your address and your event address, booking date, photography or videography you want to book.

COUPON CODE

If you have our coupon code you enter the coupon number and get attractive discounts offer.

Step 3 :

Check everything carefully and click on Submit button.

Step 4 :

Please Screenshot/Download or save your Online Booking Reference Number/ Request No Or Printable Receipt for future reference.

Payment Process

Check payment link sent to your mobile number via sms/Whatsapp, please fill your payment method.

The Amount will be Informed later as per your Booking Details. Note that Booking will not be Confirmed without Advance Payment..

Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Payment, if made (20% - 30%) then no refund will be made if cancelled.

2. 60% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to event/shoot date. (if Full Payment)

3. 30% refunnd if cancelled 15-29 days of event/shoot date. (if Full Payment)

4. No refund if cancelled within 14 days of event/shoot date.

Cancellation Steps

1. Notify (SP) - SOUMYA PHOTOGRAPHY via email (soumyaphotography03@gmail.com) or Phone (+91 7001905588) / Visit Studio Office / Branch.

2. Provide Booking Reference/Request/Invoice number or Date.

3. State reason for Cancellation (Optional).

Refund Process

1. Refund Processed within 7-10 working days.

2. Refund issued through original Payment method.

◕ Once your booking process is complete, our representative will verify you within the call and inform you about the advance payment amount of your booking and whether the booking will be confirmed. Your booking is conformed only after submitting the online booking form, don't get it wrong. Please wait for our representative's call.
