• Spa Parts Warranty Exchange Request Form

  • IMPORTANT:

    1. Please note that completing this form does not authorize your warranty exchange. The Spa Care team will review your request and contact you with further instructions on how to proceed. If you return an item without authorization, you will not be refunded.
    2. All warranty claims must be made within the manufacturer’s stated warranty period from date of purchase.
    3. Any items that are not within the warranty period, not covered by the warranty, or have been subject to misuse or abuse will not be eligible for a warranty claim.
    4. A technical assessment of warranty reason is required by part manufacturer. Our technical department may contact you to request further information.
    5. We do not reimburse customers for any invoices related to services performed by third-party service providers or technicians hired independently by the customer.

     

    If an item has failed within the warranty period, please fill out the form below and wait to be contacted by a Spa Care team member. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to reach out.  To ensure that we can process your warranty claim as quickly as possible, please complete the form below, providing as much detail as possible.

     

    As part of our commitment to quality service, please note that any warranty claims for malfunctioning parts require an initial diagnosis by one of our certified technicians. This step is crucial to accurately assess the problem and determine whether it falls within the coverage provided by the manufacturer's warranty. They may ask you for pictures of the issue, power readings, and other such troubleshooting procedures.

    Please do not return anything without authorization.

    Once a Spa Care team member authorizes you to send back your defective item for evaluation, and we confirm it has failed, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost. If you would like to order a replacement before sending back the defective item, then that will be fine, however if what you returned does not check out to be a manufacturer’s defect, then it will be returned to you at your cost.

     

    Please do not fill out multiple contact forms for the same issue. We will respond to your request in the order it was received. Sending multiple requests will cause a delay in our response to you. Please send only one request per issue and use the email address you used to make your purchase.
