Please complete the attached Spring Break enrolment form and return it with payment to the centre by February 13th, 2026. After the 13th, enrolment for any remaining spaces will be open to the community. 

Spring Break 2026 Dates: Week 1: March 16-20, Week 2: March 23-27   

Centre hours: 7:30am-6:00pm.

Cost for the weekly session:

• Gr 1-7: $325 per week/ Kindergarten Fee: $273.75 per week
• Families receiving ACCB: please see your centre supervisor for your fee. The amount will be the difference between the fee and the ACCB top up.

Lunch, snacks and all activities are included in this fee. (No daily rates available)

Withdrawal Policy: There will be no changes allowed, and no refunds or credits, unless we are able to fill your space, in which case a full refund minus a $35.00 administrative charge will be issued. There will be no refunds or credits for days not attended, with exception of centre closures.

 If you are enrolling more than one child, please submit an individual form for each child.

If it is a severe allergy or if your child has asthma, once you are accepted into the Spring Break program, please complete the Anaphylaxis care plan or Asthma care plan which is found on our website under the Registration tab, on the “Forms” page, if there is not already one at the centre.

Program Expectations

• If your child is arriving late, or if you intend to pick your child up early, please notify the centre in advance.
• Please walk your child to the centre entrance every morning.
• Do not let your child bring electronics or anything that might be lost or broken.
• Your child does not need to bring money to the centre (unless specified by the program). 
• Please contact the centre before 10:00 am if your child will be late or absent.
• We will continue to follow the health and safety guidelines provided by the Ministry of Health and the BCACC. Please do not send your child to the centre if they are sick.

Registration Agreement

• Weeks will only be confirmed by payment/ACCB authorization.
• Enrolment will not be confirmed if there is an outstanding account

I have read the Spring Break program expectations and agreement and give my child permission to participate in all the Spring Break activities.

I understand that payment must be paid in advance and there are NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS ALLOWED FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES unless Spare Time is able to fill the space, in which case there will be a full refund less a $35.00 administrative charge, or if there are centre closures. There are no refunds or credits for days not attended.
