The above information is submitted by the undersigned for the purpose of obtaining credit. and the undersigned authorizes SPARKLING JEWELRY, INC. to obtain personal credit reports on principals of the company from credit reporting agencies. The undersigned expressly agrees to make payment in full to you for all purchases in accordance with your invoice (Should the undersigned default In any such payment, the undersigned expressly agrees to pay a late service charge of 2% per month on any amounts past due or in default. and at your option, all amounts owed you by the undersigned shall become immediately due and payable. Additionally, undersigned shall be responsible for all collection costs and attorney's fees in connection with any delinquent amounts. The law of the state of California shall be applicable to all suits arising under any agreement between the undersigned and the creditor. In the event of litigation, venue shall be in Los Angeles, California at seller's option. Certified mail will be sufficient notice to effectuate personal service over the defendant, and defendant agrees to waive citation. Once, any or all of the above merchandise is sold or invoiced, then it is agreed that no returns will be accepted without written authorization of the seller and that no items may be returned for credit. The undersigned further agrees that Title shall remain in SPARKLING JEWELRY, INC. until balance In full is paid by undersigned, and receipt of the shipment either personally or by UPS or Federal Express or equivalent constitutes the undersigned's agreement to the Memorandum Terms.
