PROGRAM INFORMATION

Special Strong Champions Foundation is a non-profit organization that creates opportunities for special needs families in need of financial assistance to participate in specialized health and wellness programs to live a more independent and abundant life.

CONFIDENTIALITY DISCLOSURE

Personal information obtained is for internal use only and will not be shared or distributed to others outside of Special Strong.

PREMISES POLICY

Parents, caregivers, legal guardians, or a Special Strong instructor must walk participants into the facility and must stay on the premises at all times. Participants are NOT allowed to enter or leave the facility without supervision.

SPECTATING POLICY

We encourage parents to stay inside the facility and watch their athletes compete, have fun, and live abundant lives!

BEHAVIOR POLICY

For the safety of the athlete and others, Special Strong maintains a "NO RESTRAINT" policy. Any participant who acts aggressively or uses foul or inappropriate language will be asked to leave the facility.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the limited number of tickets we have available, we are unable to extend refunds.

IMPORTANT: Photo & Video/Filming Release Agreement

By attending this event hosted by Special Strong Champions Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, you grant full permission, without limitation, to be photographed, filmed, or recorded on any media.

You understand and agree that Special Strong Champions Foundation, Inc., Strong Kingdom LLC, JCFilms Studios, and their respective affiliates, partners, licensees, producers, successors, and assigns have the unrestricted, royalty-free, worldwide right in perpetuity to use, reproduce, edit, display, distribute, and broadcast your image, name, voice, likeness, and performance captured at this event. This applies to all forms of media—now known or later developed—including film, print, digital, internet, social media, streaming platforms, theatrical release, and promotional materials.

Your participation is voluntary, and you will not receive financial compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final product or any use of your likeness.

Attendance at this event constitutes your legal agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, do not attend or participate.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this release and agree to its terms.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
Strong Kingdom LLC dba Special Strong

This Agreement is between Strong Kingdom LLC dba Special Strong (“Special Strong”), the independently owned and operated franchisee (“Franchisee”), and the individual named below (“Client”).

The Services include individual and/or group fitness training provided in person or remotely (“Services”). Each participant must sign this Agreement, including anyone assisting the Client.

Definitions
“Client” includes the participant, their parent, guardian, caregiver, or authorized representative.
“Special Strong” includes Strong Kingdom LLC dba Special Strong, its officers, owners, employees, agents, and affiliates.
“Franchisee” refers to the local franchise owner and their staff providing the Services.

Assumption of Risk
Client understands that participating in fitness activities involves risk of injury, illness, or property damage. This includes risks from using equipment or facilities, or from the actions of others. Client voluntarily assumes all risks, including those caused by the negligence of Special Strong or the Franchisee.

Release of Liability
Client releases and discharges Special Strong, the Franchisee, and all associated persons from any and all claims, including those related to negligence, personal injury, mental anguish, or death, that arise from participation in the Services.

Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Special Strong and the Franchisee from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including attorney’s fees, resulting from Client’s actions or participation in the Services.

Franchisee Protection
The Franchisee is entitled to the same legal protections as Special Strong. This Agreement applies equally to protect the Franchisee from claims unless they result from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Consent to Emergency Medical Treatment
If Client cannot be reached in an emergency, they authorize Special Strong or Franchisee staff to seek necessary medical treatment. Client agrees to be responsible for any costs incurred.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Photo and Video Release
Client gives permission for Special Strong and the Franchisee to use photos, audio, and video recordings for educational or promotional purposes without compensation. This release has no expiration and may include online use. Client understands they may be contacted for uses beyond this scope.

Acknowledgment
By signing below, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. I AGREE WITH ALL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE SPECIAL STRONG PHOTOGRAPH & VIDEO RELEASE FORM. I AGREE WITH ALL PROGRAM AGREEMENTS 

CLIENT (OR, IF A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN IS SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT ON THE CLIENT’S BEHALF) HAS READ AND REVIEWED THIS AGREEMENT AND VOLUNTARILY AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. ADDITIONALLY, CLIENT (OR THE APPLICABLE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN) EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE UNDERSIGNED IS WAIVING NEGLIGENCE CLAIMS, GROSS NEGLIGENCE CLAIMS, PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, AND MENTAL ANGUISH CLAIMS AGAINST SPECIAL STRONG.

MY SIGNATURE REPRESENTS THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, AND HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE STATEMENTS, AND WILL EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT.

Attendance Limits.

Due to the nature of the event location and the filming we will be limiting the total number of athletes/participants to 100. Each athlete can be accompanied by four (4) attendees. We encourage you to sign up early.
