Dear Parents and Coaches,
We are excited to announce the launch of our Age Verification Process for the 2025 GSF Tournament Series. This new system is designed to streamline player check-ins and ensure a fair and efficient experience for all participants in the HS, 14U, 12U, and 10U divisions.
Key Details:
Who Needs to Complete the Form: Athletes participating in the HS, 14U, 12U, and 10U divisions. NO CURRENT 2026 Seniors allowed.
Cut-Off Date: January 1, 2026.
Parent Submission Required: Parents or legal guardians must fill out the Age Verification Form and provide official documentation.
There is a one-time fee of $20, and your athlete will receive a free shirt at check-in. Shirt sizes are first come, first serve basis but most shirt will be medium.
Required Documentation:
A birth certificate with clear information displayed.
A current school ID showing the 2025–2026 school year.
A photo of the athlete (which can be taken with a cell phone and uploaded during the form submission process).
Important Notes:
Accuracy and Accountability: By filling out this form, parents certify that all information provided is accurate, official, and can be made available for review during tournament check-ins throughout the 2026 season.
One Team Confirmation: This form is intended to confirm a player for one team only.
Spelling and Details Matter: Please ensure all information is spelled correctly and detailed properly.
Confirmation Email: After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email. If it does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Honesty Matters: Submitting false information is against the law and will result in the athlete being banned from tournament participation. All submitted documents must be official.

Convenient Check-Ins: A list of verified athletes—including their name, grade, current school, and either a school ID or headshot photo—will be accessible online.
Multi-Tournament Use: Verified athletes will also be eligible for easy registration in tournaments hosted by our affiliate organizations.
Privacy Assurance:
We take the privacy and security of your athlete’s information seriously. Confidential details will not be shared or published. Only the list of verified names, grade, current school, and photo ID will appear on our website to expedite the check-in process.
Our goal is to make this process as seamless as possible for everyone. We believe this initiative will benefit athletes, coaches, and parents alike by reducing wait times and ensuring accurate player records across events.
