2026 GSF Senior All-Star Soccer Nomination Form

Athlete Nomination Requirements
To qualify as an All-Star, athletes must meet all three requirements:

Maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher (proof required)
Be a starter on their high school team
Receive head coach approval as deserving of All-Star recognition

Next Steps
Athletes who are nominated and selected will receive full event details, practice schedule, fundraiser information, and jersey purchase instructions in the confirmation packet.
Practice schedule will be announced by February 1, 2026.
