    Each "Just a Table" sewing cruises is a social stitcher’s getaway: a relaxed, free-sew retreat where you set the pace. Bring your sewing, quilting, and needlework UFOs or start a new one with us. Spread out in our dedicated ocean view crafting room, and enjoy plenty of time to create alongside fellow makers. No deadlines, no pressure - just good company and space to do what you love.

    Families and children are welcome, making this the perfect chance to blend your passion for crafting with a tropical escape. With time to stitch, relax, and explore, it’s the ideal mix of community, creativity, and tropical beauty.

  • Special Requests/Accommodations:

    The questions below apply to everyone traveling with you. Please answer on behalf of your entire party.

  • Accessible staterooms are reserved for guests with a mobility disability or other disability that requires the use of the accessible features that are provided in the stateroom.

    Please download and fill out Guest Special Needs Form and return to info@spotlightcruising.com within three days of registration.  Accessible staterooms are available on a first-come first-served basis and availability is not guaranteed.

  • Crafting Projects & Tools

    Many common needlecraft tools—including scissors, rotary cutters, seam rippers, stilettos, knitting needles, crochet hooks, embroidery needles, and pins—are considered restricted items on cruise ships.

    There is an approval process for these items, and Spotlight Cruise and Travel will manage this on your behalf. Clear instructions on how to pack and present your tools at embarkation will be provided.

    To help us obtain the necessary cruise line approvals, please indicate which craft style(s) and tools you may wish to bring onboard - even if you haven’t finalized your projects yet.  If you think there is a chance you'll want to bring it, please list it here.

  • Payment Information

  • Each cruise requires its own deposit and final payment, even when sailing back-to-back. Deposit amounts and due dates vary by sailing and will be shown below for each cruise you select.

    Registration Fee

    • A nonrefundable $100 registration fee per person, per sailing is required at booking.
    • This secures your place in the group and covers administrative costs.

    Automatic Payment Plan Option:

    • All payments and deposits are processed securely through Spotlight Cruise & Travel’s PCI-compliant authorization form. If you are booking more than one sailing, your authorization form will include the combined deposits for each cruise.
    • Spotlight Cruise & Travel offers an interest-free automatic payment plan through Celebrity Cruises.
    • After your initial deposit, you may make up to 10 monthly payments that are automatically charged to your card.
    • All installments must be completed on or before the final payment date for your sailing.

    Pre-Cruise Hotel & Transfers (Optional)

    • If you add the group hotel, transfer, or tour packages, payment will be collected closer to departure.
    • Details and deadlines will be provided at the time of booking those elements.

    Travel Insurance

    • Travel protection is strongly recommended to safeguard your investment.
    • To qualify for enhanced coverage, including the pre-existing condition waiver, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit.
    • Premiums vary by age, coverage amount, and selected plan.
    • A quote will be provided after registration.

  • Additional Services:

    Spotlight Cruise & Travel is developing optional pre- and post-cruise hotel and transfer packages, designed to make your travel smooth and stress-free. These convenient options will include select partner hotels and ground transportation to the ship, making embarkation days effortless!

    We are also exploring exclusive land extensions and post-cruise tours, offering the opportunity to add a few extra days of relaxation, sightseeing, or creative inspiration before heading home.

    Guests who indicate interest below will receive early access when these packages open for booking.

  • Additional Acknowledgements:

    • I understand that this registration form must be submitted and the applicable deposit paid to reserve my spot on this exclusive crafting cruise. 

    • I acknowledge that the above deposit includes a $100 per person nonrefundable registration fee.

    • Guests must provide their own sewing machines. Machines will not be available to rent or borrow onboard due to customs restrictions.
    • Guests are responsible for carrying their own sewing machines on board as part of their personal carry-on luggage, using either a dedicated sewing machine bag, tool bag, or something similar.

    • Upon boarding, all machines will be securely stored in our designated classroom space and may not be used in guest rooms.
