I also assume full responsibility for any injuries that occur at my booth. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the aforementioned organizations and individuals from any damage or injury that may result from the sale or display of my products. St. Pius X Catholic High School reserves the right to accept or refuse any application.
