  • SRG Pool Service Agreement

SRG provides regular maintenance to inground pools and Spas
  • The first pool service will take place within one week following the pool opening. Each visit, SRG will:

    • Skim the pool surfcae and vacuum the pool floor as needed (more than 1 hour vacuuming will warrant an extra charge)
    • Clean the water line and brush the pool floor as needed
    • Clean the pool filter 1x per month (additionally as needed and billed accordingly)
    • Empty skimmer basket (s) and pump basket
    • Check filtration and pump system for leaks, advise the customer of any repairs/parts needed
    • Test water chemistry and balance the pool water with proper chemicals (chemicals billed accordingly)
    • Email a report of each service to the provided email
  • A credit card must be kept on file for routine billing which takes place on the 1st and 15th of each month or the following business day. Upon receipt of this contract and the credit card authorization form, your service will begin. Chemicals are billed on an as-used basis. Example: $120/week + chemicals required per week. Customer chemicals can be used first if a customer wishes to provide their own. Please check the SRG website for current chemical pricing for regular service customers.

    • If the bottom of the pool is not visible, chemicals will be added, but no vacuuming will be completed due to low visibility.
    • The homeowner must maintain pool water chemistry and cleaning in between visits.
    • Filter cleanings required beyond the one-a-month cleaning will be charged at $75/each
    • Any cleaning that takes longer than 1 hour will have a follow up visit scheduled and will be billed for an additional service call for that week.
    • Chlorine tablets will be charged per 25lb container of tablets and left on sight for that customer's use only.
    • SRG is authorized to add chemicals needed, perform minor repairs and to replace parts that cost up to $100 (For example: O-rings, gaskets, skimmer baskets and other simple parts)
    • Should a credit card be declined, the card will be run again the following business day and if declined again, service will stop and resume once SRG receives payment. There is a 3% credit card fee, debit cards do not have a fee.
    • Balances unpaid over 30 days will receive a 1.5% finance charge every 30 days not paid. After three (3) finance charges, it will be sent to a collection agency.
    • Repairs or parts needed over $100 will require approval from the homeowner as a separate estimate. Once the estimate is approved, the required payment will be charged to the card on file unless a different payment method is stated during approval of the estimate.
    • Should the customer terminate the contract prior to closing the pool, the customer will be responsible for visits, parts and chemicals that were used through the date of cancellation.
    • Should a balance remain and the customer refuses to pay for services, chemicals, parts, fees or any other oustanding bills, the customer will be responsible for any legal fees that SRG incurs attempting to collect payment. The pool will not be closed if the account holds a balance of any kind.
    • SRG will not remove toys or solar covers from inside or on the pool. It is the homeowner's responsibiiltiy to have these items removed for the service date.
    • SRG requires any pool that it works on to have these essential pool items prior to starting service: skimmer baskets, PSI gauges. These items can be purchased in our retail store or we can deliver them to the pool by charging the card on file.
    • Homeowners must maintain a clean and clear space around the pool and equipment pad for easy access during maintenance. (Example: all bushes, trees, shrubbery, ornamental grasses, etc. must be maintained away from the equipment.)
