    CANCELATION POLICY:Your appointment is very important to us. I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and hope you value mine too. I understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the scheduled service time will result in being charged a rebooking fee. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation booking fee of 25% of the scheduled services value. This fee must be paid before rebooking another service. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that available appointment. NO SHOW:A person who makes an appointment but neither keeps it or cancels it.You will be charged a 25% booking fee of what the scheduled services were valued at. This fee must be paid before rebooking another service. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.LATE APPOINTMENTS:In excess of 20 minutes and no shows will be considered cancellations as defined above. This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and clients. ​If for any reason Superior Salon and Spa needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.Please let us know if you are going to be late prior to your appointment time. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment and charge a cancellation fee. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every guest's schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. It could result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service, for which we do not ever feel comfortable doing. Guests who arrive late will be charged in full for their originally scheduled session, ex: If a guest is too late for their scheduled all over color, and there is only enough time to do a root retouch, the guest will still be charged the original all over color pricing. ​If your stylist is running behind for your appointment because of tardy guests, a lengthy blow dry, or an extensive color service, you will be notified immediately prior to arriving at the salon and a complimentary level 1 deep conditioning service will added to your next appointment. SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY: Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls in the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointmentPRODUCT RETURN POLICY:A very lightly used product may be returned by the next scheduled appointment. Make sure to reach out with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product​. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY:Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 8 may accompany you while you receive a service. We do not have the facilities to care for and keep watch at all times on children. We feel as a business, children who visit the salon during their parents' appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment with sharp objects, hot objects, and chemicals. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. During their appointment, children need to be able to sit still so that the stylist can perform a quality service. ​A child or minor receiving a chemical or spa treatment must have consent from a parent. We may ask the parent or accompanying adult to stay for the full time of the appointment.PRICING AND PAYMENT: Prices listed in the Service Menu on our website may be starting prices only. The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) you receive, as well as the length and density of your hair. Pricing may vary for each stylist based on their level of experience along with the demands for their time. For exact pricing with your service provider, please directly contact your service provider. All prices subject to change and do not include sales tax or gratuity.​ Payment for salon services is expected to be paid at the time of service. We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Salon Gift Cards/Certificates, cash and check. If your check can not be processed or is returned, you are responsible for a fee of thirty five dollars. This fee must be paid before rebooking another service.​​Superior Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.​Please respect the right to a relaxing atmosphere​ Please respect the shared parking lot.

I also understand that Superior Salon And Spa and I will have an in depth conversation speaking about all aspects of appointments, in which I agree to and acknowledge, including price, and the expected physical and aesthetic results. I hereby release and agree to hold Superior Salon And Spa harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the salon, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Superior Salon And Spa. I understand that this release discharges Superior Salon And Spa from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the salon with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Superior Salon And Spa. This liability waiver and release extends to the salon together with all owners, partners, renters, and employees.
