Request Official High School Transcripts

Use this form to send official copies of your high school transcript to other institutions or your home. There is a fee of $6.95 per transcript for this service. Transcript requests are usually completed within two to five business days. Processing may be delayed by holidays, holy days, and academic calendar breaks.

FINALIZED TRANSCRIPTS

Transcripts cannot be forwarded to any outside institutions until all amendment codes have been cleared. Be sure to promptly return amendment forms to your high school advisor in order to keep your transcript up-to-date.
