Contactless Delivery Procedure
For Pick-up
1. Rider to call/text sellers upon reaching their location (approx. 2 minutes before reaching unit) to alert on pick up.
2. Seller will be informed to begin placing the item(s) outside their front door.
3. For unavoidable COD cases, seller will be informed to standby exact amount and place them in a small plastic (preferably clear) bag to be hung at their gate.
4. Upon reaching unit, seller will be informed to stand at least 2 metres away in their own home should they need have any further instructions for rider.
5. Seller is advised to put on a mask at all times while communicating with our rider.
6. Rider is instructed to take a photo(s) of the item(s) & cash (if any) to send to HQ for tracking.
7. Rider is also instructed to sanitise their hands before handling items.
8. Rider will verify items and cash received in the presence of seller before leaving location.
For Drop-off
9. Riders to call/text buyer upon reaching their location (approx. 2 minutes before reaching unit) to alert on drop off.
10. Do note that rider do not collect payment from buyer on behalf of seller.
11. Upon reaching, rider will drop off buyer’s item at the front gate and stand at least 2 metres away to allow buyer to inspect their item for confirmation.
12. Rider is instructed to take a photos of the item(s) delivered to send to HQ for tracking.
13. Buyer is advised to wear a mask at all times while rider is present.
14. Rider will leave upon receiving confirmation from buyer that item(s) is in order.
