An adoption fee of $200 must be made once your application is approved. Adoption fees are non-refundable and if for some reason you return the animal, the money will be used for other animals care and needs. Is this acceptable?

I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any Wizard of Paws Wildlife Education Inc. animal that was adopted by me.

I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Wizard of Paws Wildlife Education Inc. and its members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the adopted animal(s).

I accept full responsibility for the animal(s) actions at all times, and release Wizard of Paws Wildlife Education Inc. of any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of adopting such animal(s).

I agree to have Wizard of Paws Wildlife Education Inc. complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my adoption application.

I agree that if I'm unable to own the animal(s) anymore that I will return the animal(s) to Wizard of Paws Wildlife Education Inc. and I will try to give Wizard of Paws Wildlife Education Inc. a 2 week period to try and find another suitable adopter for the animal(s).
