Bollycise Student Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in our Bollywood Dance Course.

Please complete this registration form before attending your first class with us to confirm your spot. If you will be attending with a friend, they need to complete their own form.

CLASS will be held each Sunday evening over a set number of weeks, with the next block commencing on Sunday 07 September 2025.

Bollywood Dance Class: 5pm (4 Week Block)

Private online lessons via Zoom also available - please contact us for more details.

Class will run for approx. 45mins and will not be recorded. You can join in person at our Riverside venue, or from home via our live webinar.

Cost for 4 week block: $40 per person

Payment must be made prior to the first class. You will receive an email with payment details after we receive your registration form.

Please wear comfortable clothing (similar to what you might wear to exercise in), and ensure to have water handy.
