All Zelle payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, or changes in plans.

Registration is considered confirmed only after payment is received and verified by STARR TEAM. Please retain your Zelle confirmation as proof of payment.

STARR TEAM reserves the right to accept, reject, or conditionally accept any registration at its sole discretion.
