Welcome! We're FanPlans, the official accommodations service for the 2024 Presidents Cup. Our mission is to help save you time and money by helping you find the perfect Montreal hotel to accommodate your group's needs. Once your needs are submitted here, please do not inquire directly with area hotel partners. 

• Our services are complimentary to you; we work based on commissionable hotel rates and leverage the TOUR's buying power, along with our own. There is no need to call around or submit RFPs. 
• You still get your hotel reward points (where offered)
• We continually monitor availability at all area hotels

Please review the group hotel process and provide us with your needs below. Once submitted, we'll contact you via email, outlining the current hotel options and rates (typically within 1-2 business days).

If a group needs fewer than ten guestrooms/night,  a hotel contract is not required, and rooms can be booked quickly online, with immediate confirmation. Guest names can be added at a later date. Book up to 9 rooms here. 

A hotel contract is required for groups needing ten or more guestrooms per night. For these group blocks, the following is the FAQ.

• Many hotels will require a minimum stay of 2 plus nights with contract attrition/performance, meaning financial commitments will be required. 
• Some hotels may require an advance deposit and/or a credit card authorization form to confirm your group.
• We will work with you to negotiate on your behalf and finalize arrangements under your direction.

Please give your best estimates for the number of rooms by night below. Should you need rooms for longer stays, please note this in the comments section below. These arrangements will be confirmed later in a hotel agreement once your hotel selection is confirmed. Note that full-service hotels are typically requiring a 3-5 night minimum stay for groups of 10 or more rooms per night. 

Once you submit, you will receive an email confirmation with a copy of your request. You will then receive a list of available hotels with rates and contract terms - just make your selection, and we will expedite a contract for you!
