Program Overview and Agreement
Program Outline
All candidates are expected to complete the following requirements over the course of the two years in order to be eligible for the Sacrament of Confirmation: attend 8 Life Nights, attend one retreat; attend one service night; attend Confirmation Sessions #1-#4 (Each session is offered once per year, and each candidate only needs to attend each session once. For example, if you attend Session #1 in 2026 then you do not need to attend Session #1 in 2027. Alternatively, if you’re unable to attend Session #1 in 2026, you would then be required to attend Session #1 in 2027).
By signing below you are confirming that you have read, understand, and pledge to complete all of these requirements. Signing below also means that you understand failure to complete these requirements may mean delaying your Confirmation until all requirements have been met.

We ask that each candidate pay a one time fee of $30 to help cover the costs associated with the Confirmation program. Please submit this payment via credit card, cash, or check made out to St. Basil the Great. Memo: Confirmation, Your First and Last Name.
