    2025 Summer Registration Form

    STEAM Learning Club invites you to enter the student and parent's information for registering 2025 summer camps. This form also provides general instruction and policy information. The information you entered will ONLY be used for records and class communication purpose. If there is any question, please contact steamlearningclub@gmail.com

    IMPORTANT:

    • If you are registering more than one student, please fill out this form for each student.
    • We recommend each family use ONE email account for all communication, including class invitation, scheduling and progress update, etc.
    • Please note below fee applies to the sessions from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025.
    • Our school location is 8750 & 8760 Collin McKinney Pkwy,McKinney, TX 75070.

    REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY:  

    • New student registration fee and materials fee are non-refundable.
    • Class fee will be fully refunded with withdraw notice before April 30, 2025.
    • From May 1 to May 31, 2025, 100% camp fee can be credited to the other weeks or camps from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025; OR 80% camp fee can be credited towards to 2025 Fall section; OR 50% camp fee can be refunded. After June 1, 2025, camp fee CANNOT be refunded. 
    • In extreme weather, we may cancel or reschedule the class, or convert the in person class to online class.
    • If students cannot join the group classes because of personal reasons (such as sickness, time conflicts and other interventions), the missed classes are not refundable, neither can be credited. We will try to schedule makeup classes if notifying us in advance but availability cannot be guaranteed.

    Early Bird Discount:

    • 5% off if register by 3/31/2025
    • Additional 5% discount if register 5+ weeks by 5/31/2025
    • Additional 5% discount for siblings by 5/31/2025
    • Discounts cannot be applied on prorated camps.

  • Full Day Summer Camp Options

    Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
  • 1. Full Day Academic and STEAM Explore Camp (For GK-G6): 20 class hours (English + Math + Chinese OR English Reading + Coding), $400/week
  • 2. Full Day Academic Camp (For GK-G6): 15 class hours (English + Math + Chinese OR English Reading OR Coding. Please select only ONE option of PM classes below), $330/week
  • 2. Full Day Academic and Robotics Coding Camp (For G2-G6): 20 class hours, $420/week
  • 3. Full Day Academic and Chess Camp (For GK-G6): 20 class hours,$420/week
  • 4. Full Day Academic and Jiu Jitsu Camp (For GK-G6): 20 class hours, $450/week
  • 5. Full Day Academic and Music Camp (For GK-G6): 20 class hours, $490/week
  • 6. Full Day Academic and Dance Camp (For GK-G6): 20 class hours, $515/week
  • 7. Full Day Academic & Music & Dance Camp (For GK-G6): 30 class hours, $680/week
  • 8. Full Day Academic & Arts Camp (For GK-G6): 20 class hours, $420/week
  • 9. Full Day Speech Or Debate Camp: Varsity camps (for Age 12-18), 30 class hours per week; Junior camps (for Age 8-11), 25 class hours per week

    Morning Camps 8AM - 1PM, Afternoon Camps 1PM-6PM

  • Please note: Registration of any single morning camp plus any single afternoon camp to get free extended care from 8am to 6pm.

  • Academic Camp (For GK-G6): Mon-Fri, 9am-12pm,10 class hours, $250/week
  • STEAM Explore Camp (For GK-G6): Mon-Fri, 1pm-6pm, 10 class hours, $260/week
  • Intensive Reading Camp (For G4-G7): Mon-Fri, 1pm-3pm, 10 class hours, $260/week
  • Creative Writing Camp (For G5-G7): Mon-Fri, 9am-11am, 10 class hours, $260/week
  • Robotics Coding Camp (For G2-G6): Mon-Fri, 1pm-3pm, 10 class hours, $260/week
  • Python Coding Camp (For G5-G8): Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-5:30pm, 10 class hours, $260/week
  • TCC Chess Camp: Mon-Fri, 1:30pm-3:00pm or 3:00pm-4:30pm, 7.5 class hours, $260/week (Please select Beginners or Intermediate level)
  • Arts Camp: Mon-Fri, 1pm-3pm OR 3:30pm-5:30pm, 10 class hours, $260/week
  • Speech and Debate Camp: Varsity camp (for Age 12-18), 15 class hours; Junior camp (for Age 8-11), 12.5 class hours. (Please select AM or PM camp)
  • Math Kangaroo Camp (For G1-G4): Mon-Fri, 9:00am-11:10am OR 1:00pm-3:10pm, 10 class hours, $260/week (Please select L1-2 or L3-4)
  • AMC 8&10 Math Camp & Weekly Classes (For G5-G10): 10 class hours, $300/week
  • AoPS Math Boot Camp (For G5-G12): 10 class hours, $300/week, $30 per class hour
  • Exam Prep Camps OR High School AP Courses Prep (for G9+): $30 per class hour
  • Performance Dance Camp: Mon-Fri, 9am-12pm, 15 class hours, $395/week
  • Dance Camp: Mon-Fri, 1pm-3pm OR 3:30pm-5:30pm, 10 class hours, $315/week
  • B&M Music Camp: Mon-Fri, 1pm-3pm, 10 class hours, $290/week
  • Roger Gracie Jiu Jitsu Camp: Mon-Fri, 2:00pm-4:00pm, $260/week

  • Allergies and Medication information:

    If your child is carrying an epi-pen for anaphylaxis, Benadryl, or other medications, please notify us (and your child) about where that medication is kept. Please note: if your child has experienced anaphylaxis in the past, they MUST carry a current epinephrine device and Benadryl in an outside, accessible pocket of their backpack Any and all medications (inhalers, etc.) that your child may need should be packed safely in their backpack. Make sure that your child is aware of the location of these important medical devices or medications.

    Safety Liability Waivers and Release of Claims

     

    General Safety Waiver

    I understand the risks of my child participating in STEAM Learning Club activities and voluntarily accept full responsibility for any injury, property damage, or death that may occur during participation.

    Transportation Waiver

    I release STEAM Learning Club, its members, officers, agents, and employees from all liability for any loss, injury, or death that may occur while my child travels to or from STEAM Learning Club in vehicles owned or operated by STEAM Learning Club. I assume full responsibility for these transportation risks and agree to indemnify STEAM Learning Club against any related claims.

    Health and Safety Acknowledgment

    I acknowledge that participation in group activities involves health risks. I understand STEAM Learning Club implements safety measures but cannot guarantee my child won't become ill. I voluntarily accept these risks and will comply with all safety procedures.

    Release of Claims

    In consideration for my child's participation, I release STEAM Learning Club and its facility locations from all present and future liability for any claims arising from my child's participation. I agree to indemnify STEAM Learning Club against any claims brought by me or others, including legal expenses.

    Photo/Video Release

    I consent to STEAM Learning Club's use of my child's photos/videos in publications and social media.
