Steiger is a worldwide missions organization that is called to reach and disciple the Global Youth Culture. The Global Youth Culture is made up of young people between the ages of 17-35, who are connected by globalization and often have negative ideas of who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him. They believe the Church to be irrelevant to their day-to-day life - a dead, empty tradition of the past. This demographic represents one of the largest unreached people groups in the world. Steiger uses art, music, and other creative means to present Jesus in a clear and relevant way, and establishes a long-term presence in urban centers through ongoing outreach, discipleship, and local church partnership.

Steiger missionaries have varied gifting and serve in a variety of roles, including evangelism, discipleship, organization, administration, creative arts, speaking, event planning, graphic design, and more.
