  • Application Fee & Entrance Assessment Fee

    This is a one-time payment, non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Deposit and Withdrawal

    Deposit will be collected from all students for the following:

    1. To protect the school from non-payment of fees. In the event that the school fee of the student is not paid, the school will offset the deposit with outstanding school fees.
    2. To offset against any expenses that the school has to absorb (repairing school assets) arising from the negligence of the student.

    The deposit will be refunded to the student when they leave the school if the following conditions are fulfilled:

    1. All fees have been fully paid.
    2. Parents have to give a written notice to the school 4 months ahead before withdrawal from the school. If such notice is not given, the deposit shall be forfeited.
    3. A late-payment charge of RM200 will be imposed on school fee if there is a delay in payment of fees after the 7th day of commencement of each term. If there is delay in payment of fees after commencement of each term, the School may suspend the student concerned from the 7th day onwards until full payment is made and a penalty charge of RM300 will be imposed on that student.

    School Fees and Other Fees

    1. All fees, besides Deposit(s), paid as stipulated in the published Fee Schedule are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
    2. School fees are invoiced termly and payable in advance before the date of admission or the commencement of each term.
    3. Enrolment of students becomes effective when the full payment of Application Fee, Deposit, School Fees and Other fees have been made.
    4. The School reserves the right to refuse any students if any fees for that semester are not settled prior to the commencement of that particular semester.
    5. The School will not refund any fees paid, with the exception of the student deposit. However, this is provided that no rules or regulations have been breached.
    6. The School has the discretion to review and increase the school fees and all other fees, charges and deposits anytime.

     

    APPLICABLE TO INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ONLY

    The enrolment of the student is subject to the approval of the local authority and Immigration Department of Malaysia (IDM).
