How many photos will I receive?
It varies on which competition you're competing in! Majority of our competitions we only offer our 50 photo package only. Larger competitions (National Level) we offer a smaller package of 25. If the smaller package is available, you will always be able to see it in the order form
What does static video mean?
You will get a video for each lift attempted by a high grade camera on a tripod set in vertical format (more friendly for social media)
How long will it take for me to get my order?
This varies on total volume of orders we have submitted. Our goal is to have all orders filled within one week—but sometimes it may take up to two weeks. We ask that you are understanding as we are not locals for all meets that we cover so sometimes traveling back home can make this postponed by a few days per travel. We also ask you to keep in mind that some events are multiple day events and can put a delay on orders as we are still capturing content for other lifters at the same event
How will I know when my order is ready?
You will receive an email from us with instructions and a link of how to download and save your media (photos will be Google photos) (videos will be Dropbox)
I didn’t pre-order for photos or video… Can I still order?
Of course! Although you will not be able to get the pre-order discounted rate that might have been offered, you can still get some great meet day content for video up to 2 weeks after the event and photo packages 6 months after the event. Please keep in mind that if you order a week or a few weeks post event it might have a greater delay as we could be at another event capturing content! Our goal is always to get your content to you ASAP—however, we do want to be transparent that we cover a lot of meets and it could cause delay
My friend or family member is competing, and I want to get them media!
You are our favorite type of friend! Kindly fill out the Jotform on their behalf with the proper athlete’s name and photo submission and feel free to add a note for us to know that you did this for them. Your secret is safe with us!
