Surrounded by 44 breathtaking acres of coastline and jungle, Dreams Tulum sits on two miles of powdery white sand with activities to make the whole family happy. Guests can visit the on-site water sports center for snorkeling, diving, kayaking and more.

What's not included in this trip:

1. Airfare to/from Mexico.  Airfare is additional and can be purchased on your own, or added to your land reservation.

2. Airline Fees - Baggage fees and optional seat selection. Fees are payable directly to the airline after the flight is purchased and ticketed.

3. Travel insurance - options will be presented at booking.  When traveling internationally, it is strongly recommended to purchase insurance.  Even just for the medical coverage while outside of the US.

A Special Note from The Bride & Groom!

Hannah and Tyler have a room block reserved for all wedding guests. This is considered a special event.  A custom package that includes guest rooms, ground transfers, and other group and wedding inclusions was created for friends and family. Dreams Tulum requires that all wedding guests reserve their rooms in this specific group of rooms.

Stephanie Cannon of SC Travel Design has been hired to coordinate and manage our guest list and coordinate room and transfer reservations for everyone in the group.  Should you require assistance with arranging flights, that service is also available for you.

The only way to attend the wedding is to book with the group room block through our travel agent.  We appreciate your understanding and trust that this will ensure a seamless process for our friends and family and a multi-day event to be cherished by all!

If you will be joining us, your room must be reserved no later than December 1, 2023.  This allows us to manage the group and ensure we aren't penalized for unused rooms.  Please use this form to request your reservation.

Room/Suite Options:

A limited number of each room category listed below have been pre-reserved at a special rate for wedding guests. Availability is not guaranteed until a deposit is processed and is on a first come first served basis.  Bedding configuration is on request and not guaranteed.

Deluxe Garden View - This standard room has contemporary décor. This room offers, a king-size bed or two double beds, bathroom with shower, garden view, private balcony or terrace with hammock.

Junior Suite Garden View - This room offers contemporary decor, a king bed or two double beds, separate living area with a sofa, marble bathroom with shower and hot tub, telephone extension in the bathroom, double sink and a garden view.

Deluxe Ocean View - This standard room offers contemporary décor, a king bed or two double beds, bathroom with bath tub, ocean view and private balcony with hammock (except the 3rd floor rooms).

^Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View - this room offers contemporary decor, a king bed or two double beds, separate living area with a sofa, marble bathroom with shower and hot tub, double sink, ocean view, and telephone extension in the bathroom and private balcony or terrace.

^Preferred Club Deluxe Garden Swim Out - This room offers contemporary decor, king or two double beds, marble bathroom, double sink, private terrace and a beautiful direct swim out access to a refreshing swimming pool that flows to each private patio.

^PREFERRED CLUB - Inclusions for All Preferred Club suites offer the following additional amenities and services:

Payment Dates:

• All rooms must be reserved no later December 1, 2023 - $150 deposit per person is required to hold your space ($300 for single rooms).
• Balance is due January 15, 2024

If you prefer to pay in full when you reserve that can be done as well.  Realizing that the months of Nov - Jan have several holidays, mark these dates to not miss them. 

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancel before December 15, 2023 for a refund, less $50 per room.
• Cancel from December 15 - February 9, 2024, deposit is nonrefundable
• After February 9, 2024, all components are non-refundable

*Airfare and travel insurance are non-refundable once purchased.  Protect your trip with Travel Protection Insurance, options discussed when booking your room.

 

Flight Time Recommendation:

The resort is a 90-minute ride from the airport.  I recommend arriving in Cancun as early as possible in the day.  Mid-morning to early afternoon is ideal.  As you arrive you'll need to clear immigration.  This line can be long.  Then retrieve your luggage, which can also be a wait for bags to come out.  

If possible, book your return flight for 12pm or later.  Transfer pickup from the resort is typically 5-6 hours prior to your flight departure time to accommodate the 3-hour airline check-in requirement, travel time, and allow for traffic/construction.

Submission of the form on the next page does not constitute a confirmed room reservation.  Once completed, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours to confirm all details and pay the deposit.

Wedding Guide Preferences and Details

Select your preferred travel dates.  The room block has options starting on May 1, with the option to stay for 4, 5, and 6 nights.  Should you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please let Stephanie know.  Earlier arrivals and later departures are subject to resort availability and approval.

You will fly into CUN - Cancun International Airport.  You are welcome to find and book flights at your convenience using miles, points, etc.  Airfare will become available in early June, typically 11 months prior to your return travel date.  Southwest should be publishing their May fares in November.

The major airlines servicing Cancun are American, United, Delta, Southwest, JetBlue, and a few others.

If a room type shows "On Request", that means it is not available in the group inventory.  I am happy to request it for you, subject to hotel approval.  Please allow 5-7 days for this to be processed.

Travel Protection is optional.  All reservations must complete a Travel Insurance Waiver form whether accepting or declining travel insurance.  The options vary from Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR), which also includes during travel coverage to a more Comprehensive (better medical coverage) without cancel for any reason.

CFAR starts at $80 per adult.  Comprehensive coverage varies based on age and total cost of the trip. 

It is strongly recommended that you have coverage, at least for medical, while traveling internationally.  US medical insurance does not cover your costs out of the country (check with your carrier).  Should you need to be seen for any reason at a Dr. or hospital in Mexico, they will require pre-payment before treating you.

If potential medical issues are your main concern, I can recommend a great policy with a high medical limit.
