Terms and Conditions:
Retreat Booking: By submitting this registration form, you confirm that you are making a booking for the retreat as described above.
Payment: A non-refundable* deposit of R4000 is required to secure your booking upon registration. Payment details are provided upon in the registration form. Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the retreat fee must be paid in full no later than 10 days before the start of the retreat. Failure to make the full payment by this date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
*Refund Policy: The R4000 deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the start date of the retreat. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
Guest Information: Please provide accurate and up-to-date information for all guests attending the retreat. Any changes to guest information must be communicated to us in writing prior to the start of the retreat.
Liability: Back To You Retreats and Caleo Consulting and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the retreat. Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and well-being.
Changes to Retreat: Back To You Retreats and Caleo Consulting reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, accommodations, or any other aspect of the retreat without prior notice. We will make every effort to inform guests of any changes in a timely manner, and will never compromise the quality of the experience.
Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow guests, staff, and property during the retreat. Any disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund.
