Events that require exclusive access to the pub will almost always include a rental fee. The basic rental fee is $120+tax per hour for a minimum of 4 hours. Some portion of the rental fee may be waived based on catering or food and beverage purchasees made for or during the event, or for events planned and run by students for students.
