I understand that, as with any pet, there are certain risks, such as salmonella and hantavirus, that come with adopting a rat or mouse. I will observe proper sanitation after handling my pets, and that StormHaven Rattery is not held liable for any of these.*

I am adopting said rats for pets and I agree never to breed them. If a accidental breeding occurs I will contact StormHaven Rattery and turn over all babies in the litter to be placed up for adoption when they reach 6 weeks of age. StormHaven will not be held responsible for any expense.*

StormHaven rats are covered for 6 months for genetic health defects and temperament issues. They are also covered for 14 days after purchase for sickness as long as proper quarantine was observed. We do not cover URIs or Tumors.*
