We are so grateful for your strong leadership, and are excited to hear about how you led in your important role this month! Please be super specific about the various tasks and responsibilities you accomplished during your "off the floor" admin time, as this helps keep docs and directors in the loop. While you no longer need to outline how you accomplished various leadership responsibilties, we do encourage you to continue to reflect on your leadership each month and consider what areas you thrived in and what areas you could spend more time thinking about.Thank you for all you do to lead PVC, and we look forward to hearing more about it!
