A. Model Release

I hereby give to Studio Villada LLC the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others:

a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that he/she may select;

b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;

I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

B. Liability

You release Studio Villada LLC and its employees and contractors from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the Session, including traveling to and from the Session.

STUDIO VILLADA LLC is not responsible for uncooperative parties. When applicable–for Motherhood or Children Portrait Sessions, it is understood that the behavior of children is unpredictable, and Studio Villada LLC is not liable if children do not cooperate during a Session.

ABSOLUTELY NO PHOTOGRAPHIC, VIDEO, FILM, DIGITAL, OR RECORDING DEVICES OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED DURING A SESSION BY CLIENTS OR PERSONS ACCOMPANYING CLIENTS.

C. Copyright & Penalty

Studio Villada, LLC retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release will be given with digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Studio Villada LLC during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file. 

A set number of images will be available to you in exchange for the model release. We ask that you simply mention, link, or tag back to Studio Villada LLC granting credit to the photographer.

D. Archival Policy

Upon receipt of digital downloads, client accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting images. We DO NOT permanently archive image files. If there are any issues with your digital downloads, it is the client's responsibility to notify the photographer within six months of receiving files. Photographer is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided or for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read discs provided. It is the client's responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media as required. 

I am a legally competent adult and have the right to contract in my own name, and when applicable, for my child. I have read this document and fully understand its contents.
