This private consultation form is the first step in your journey with me. It’s designed to help me learn more about your hair history, goals, and lifestyle so I can determine the best path forward. Wether you're looking for dimensional color, a root touch up, or a whole transformation with extensions, I can start curating a plan just for you! Once submitted, I’ll review your responses and follow up within 48 business hours to discuss the next steps to take.
