BLACK EXCELLENCE FESTIVAL 2026 VENDOR SIGN UP FORM
Thank you for choosing to be part of our Annual Festival! This exciting community event will take place on August 8th, 2026, in BROOKLYN, NYC, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, featuring 50 amazing vendors, live entertainment, raffles, giveaways, and much more.Vendor setup begins at 11:00 AM, and all vendors are required to be fully set up before the event starts at 1:00 PM. Please note that vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and chairs.This form is for vendors only who wish to showcase their businesses. All accepted vendors must sign a vendor contract prior to participation. Food vendors are required to have a valid food handler certification.The event will also feature:• Awards Ceremony• Basketball Tournament• Scholarship Giveaway• Raffles & Entertainment• Community Activities and More. A scholarship award will be presented to one deserving high school student to support their educational journey and future success. Fee $150 for the first 15 vendors and $225 afterwards. Please note that marijuana, alcohol, and defense-related products are strictly prohibited.
