Medical & Age Eligibility, Pre-Care, Aftercare, Healing, Longevity, Future Maintenance, Studio Policies, and my Bespoke Brow Process.

All appointments are by approval only
• A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment
• Please review the qualification list, pre-care, aftercare, and studio policies on Suki Studio website prior to booking
• Initial Powder Brow appointments are approximately 3–3.5 hours
• A follow-up appointments are typically scheduled 6–8 weeks later and are approximately 2–2.5 hours
• In-studio appointments are held Thursdays, Fridays, and select Saturdays only

1) PERMANENT MAKEUP BROWS ELIGIBILITY

Please make sure you have read the qualification list and studio policies listed above. Please DO NOT BOOK if you are currently not suitable for the service, this is to ensure your safety.

Prices are subject to change at any time and may vary for travel or special circumstances.

Sale pricing is valid only within the promotional month and cannot be carried over to a future month if your appointment is rescheduled.

All sales are final. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred once with proper notice.

I have read and agree to the qualification list and policies and confirm that I am eligible to proceed with the service. I understand that arriving with any listed disqualifications may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of my retainers.

Once your retainers are submitted, you’ll receive an appointment confirmation email with all reservation details. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well if you do not see it in your inbox

All retainers are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and may be paid by cash, Zelle, or major debit/credit card.

Your retainer may be transferred once if you need to reschedule. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Please ONLY email sukistudiony@gmail.com or studio number 347-682-2256 for rescheduling requests. Sale pricing is valid only within the promotional month and cannot be carried over to a future month if your appointment is rescheduled.

I understand there is a 5-minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of my retainer. A new retainer will be required to reserve another appointment.

I will complete the consent form linked in my confirmation email prior to my appointment. If I have any questions, I will contact my artist directly.

REQUIRED PHOTOS

Please upload clear photos of your natural brows in natural lighting, without brow makeup or filters.

This allows me to properly assess your brow condition, facial balance, and determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your brows.

All photos are kept completely confidential and will never be shared without your full permission.

1. Front-facing full face (no filters. No brow makeup. Under natural lighting)

2. Please upload a photo of how you usually fill in your brows. If you've never filled in your brows before, no worries—just upload a few photos with different facial expressions (smiling, surprised, etc.) so I can better understand your features.
