    Thank you for your interest in joining Summit Adaptive Sports! We are excited to have you join our group of dedicated volunteers!
  • Steps to become a Summit Adaptive Sports volunteer: 

    Step 1: Complete this Volunteer Registration Application. 

    Step 2: Once application is received we will send you information and links to complete:

    1. Safe Sport Training 

    2. Background Check and, if snow sports, Ski Sundown Pass Application

    3. Required Liability Waivers  

    Step 3: We will send information on Training.

  • Next Steps:

    Once your application is received and reviewed we will send you the following:

    1. Electronic links for Summit Adaptive Sports waivers with Move United (liability and media permission) 

    2. Waivers for any locations we coach/volunteer at that are required (e.g. Ski Sundown)

    3. Background check application

    4. Sports Protection Module, such as SafeSport, once back ground check is cleared.
