Thanks for your interest in submitting a Summit County Philanthropy Award nomination! Since 1991, The Summit Foundation has recognized nearly 300 local individuals and businesses who have made a positive impact in our community. We are grateful for all of your nominations, which help us identify and celebrate the people who make Summit County a better place.

You can find a full description of each award by clicking here.

Please note: You will not be able to save your progress as you proceed through this nomination form. We recommend that you have all documents ready when you begin. The following is requested to submit a philanthropy awards nomination:
- Name, email and phone number for your nominee(s)
- Letter of recommendation
- Name and contact information for two additional individuals who could provide a supporting recommendation
2022 Philanthropy Award Dates:
- October 10th: Deadline for Philanthropy Award Nominations
- October 20th: All winners will be notified directly
- November 17th: Philanthropy Awards, 5:45pm | Beaver Run Resort | Main Ballroom
