  • Greetings from Moultrie, here we go again! I can't believe I'm already working on making your experience at Sunbelt Ag Expo one of the best yet. I know the online entry might be confusing but bare with me it will make it so much easier.

    If you can't fill it out or don't have a neighbor/kid that can help I promise I will take care of you.

    DATES OF IMPORTANCE:

    • Entries received by August 1, 2026 will be named in the show program.
    • September 15, 2026 - last day to call about campsite with Greta.
    • September 30, 2026 is final entry cut off.  

    Once your registration is processed an email will be sent.  I will then plan update emails to the group on August 1st, September 1st, & October 1st. This will help with any questions and I can keep you informed of what is happening at Sunbelt Expo that might interest you during your stay. 

    DURING YOUR TIME HERE: You will pick up your registration packet on either Sunday or Monday. The packet will include your required parking permits and 2 exhibitor badges which are required to enter the Expo grounds. Additional tickets can be purchased for $15 per day or $30 for a 3-day pass. Tickets are available for sale online or may be purchased at the gate. 

    Setup for the show begins Sunday, October 18, 2026 beginning at 9:00am until Monday, October 19, 2026 at 5:00pm. Your exhibit must be on display no later than 5:00pm on Monday, October 19, 2026, no exceptions. Your exhibit must remain on display for all three days of the show. You have two options to exit the exhibit area on Thursday the 22nd: #1 exit out gate immediately after the Antique Tractor Parade until 2:00 p.m., or #2 remain in place in the Antique Tractor section until 4:00 p.m. There will be no exceptions to these two options. Security Chief, Jerry Little, will visit to review exit procedures with participants during the show.

    The Antique Tractor, Engine and Equipment area is in the Northwest corner of the exhibit grounds near the Backyard Garden section. Individual spaces will be assigned when you arrive with your exhibit. The parade is at 1:00 p.m. each day of the show(new time). A map indicating the Antique Tractor, Engine and Equipment area and parade route will be included in the packet you will receive at registration. Additional details regarding the Antique Tractor Exhibit and Pull will be emailed to you.

    Antique Tractor Fun Pull Requirements:

    • 1965 or older tractors
    • Up to 30HP/3500lbs
    • No modifications-STOCK only
    • Will be pulled from stock position bell pull bar

  • If PULLING you must read and sign. 


    WAIVER AND RELEASE: I understand that I am responsible for any and all damage done to property and/or persons by myself, my pulling tractor, or any member of my party. I understand that in the event of personal injury or damage to my property, I will not hold Sunbelt Agricultural Exposition, Inc., the Antique Tractor Pull, property owners, sponsors, operators, employees, or anyone associated with said event, responsible.

      
    Antique Tractor Pull will be held daily October 20-22, 2026. You must commit to being present all 3 days. Pulling tractors may exhibit at the Antique Tractor Section and participate in the pull. Those will be allowed to go back and forth at set times.

  • Complimentary camping spaces near the exhibit area are available to Antique Tractor, Engine and Equipment participants with a 4-night maximum stay. Spaces will be reserved on a first come first serve basis and are limited. After the complimentary camping allotment is filled, you will be responsible for your own camping reservations. We will notify you if that occurs. No sewer hook ups are available. The City of Moultrie has additional camping spaces available near a bath house but are not next to the Expo grounds. Please indicate which camping area you prefer. If you plan to camp more than the 4-night complimentary stay, you will need to call The City of Moultrie at (229)890-5425 and let them know how many extra nights and arrange payment with them. Per night fees are $35.00 for a 30-amp water/electric hookup and $40.00 for a 50-amp water and electric hook-up. No sewer hookups are available, but a dump station is on site. Please notify us if your plans change so that we can adjust our records accordingly.
