SUNFLOWER PAWS - PET PORTRAITS:

1. WHAT TO EXPECT:

1.1 On the day you will receive an approximately 1 hour session with one of the Sunflower Paws Photography team. We promise to be positive, professional, listen to your pet and always take it at their pace.

1.2 You'll have access to your own personal & private online gallery where you'll receive 10-15 high quality digital edited images to download. You'll also have the option to purchase more, should you desire. 

2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

2.1 For insurance purposes please note we are a pet only portrait service. (If you would like images alongside your pet, please discuss this with us prior to booking so our team can allocate the correctly insured staff member for your session)

2.2 We unfortunately cannot guarantee the outcome of any shoot, though we will always try our best to work with you and your pets to achieve the best results on the day.

2.3 We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your shoot, we will offer to do another session with you at half price, as a courtesy. 2.4When you view your online gallery, please note you DO NOT have permission to save, screenshot or use watermarked images. If you are found to have done SO you will be liable for additional costs and blacklisted from all Sunflower Paws services.

2.5 All images you purchase are for personal use only. No commercial use is permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing by Sunflower Paws.

2.6 Our turnaround time is 2 weeks maximum from the day of your shoot (though we do always hope to get them to you much faster!

2.7 All your sensitive and personal data will be kept strictly private & confidential at all times.

3. PET PORTRAIT PAYMENT AND EXPENSES:

3.1 The client will pay the agreed rate per session.

3.2 The client must pay fees on the day of the session unless agreed otherwise in advance. Late fees are applicable and will be applied on a case-by-case basis. In addition, please note that if booked timings are not adhered to, your session can only be extended if there is availability and an additional fixed fee of £20 per 30 minutes will be payable.

4. CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT:

4.1 Either party can terminate this agreement by giving the other party more than 24 hours written notice of termination. If 24 hours notice is not given, then the staff member has the right to charge the client for the full agreed payment.

4.2 Cancellations can only be actioned within the admin hours of 9am-5pm. Any cancellations outside of these admin hours will therefore still be charged if the following 9am is within the required 24hour notice period.

4.3 Should the client's pet(s) become dangerous, the staff member reserves the right to terminate this agreement. 

5. LIABILITY:

5.1 The client shall indemnify the staff member in respect of all costs and damages, from any claim, from any person or animal suffering either injury or death caused by the client's pet(s). 

5.2 The staff member shall not be liable for any mishap, of any nature, which may occur to a pet and/or owner/guardian or is caused by a pet and/or owner/guardian.
