Thank you for your interest in joining our AIRSCENE™ 100 Perfect Host Program. By signing this Application, the undersigned agrees to allow Sunview Integrated Solutions, LLC to install one AIRSCENE™ 100 device in the host's location, at no cost to the host whatsoever.

If your business operates one or more franchised locations, you must provide written confirmation from your franchisor's corporate head office that you have permission to have an AIRSCENE™ 100 installed within your premises, in order to qualify for our Perfect Host Program.

In addition if you are a franchised location, we will also need written documentation confirming whether or not your franchisor's corporate head office will allow any 3rd party advertising, promoting local non-competing businesses.
